29.05 Dinner


In collaboration with Japanese chef Akemi Yokoyama and Brazilian beer expert Leonardo Zatta Gayer.

In this São Paulo inspired evening, we will have a 6-dishes Japanese plant based menu by Akemi, including some of her signature delicatessen, her artisanal miso and exquisite sesame tofu, between others. The dinner will be paired with a curation of beers brought by Leonardo, who will also present his Brazilian craft beer, Wilde Bier.
